One or two muscles at a time during cycle?
Hi all!
what's the better focus of training while one is running a cycle?
- Should train one muscle at a time?, meaning that if one trains 2 muscles in one day (biceps/triceps, chest/back, quad/hamstring, etc), one should do all the exercises that train one muscle group and then the other.
- Or should one train both muscles simultaneously in superseries?
I was told that while one is running a cycle one should train one muscle at a time, so that all the blood flow and concentration of the substances flow and focus on that one muscle trained, to make it more effective.
But how true or false is this?
