    Caloric intake and exercise questions

    What is the difference between eating 3000 calories and burning 500 off, and just eating 2500 with no cardio?

    sustained cardio will burn fat after 20 minutes. sweet spot is 40 minutes everyother day at 50% to 80% of your max heart rate. Your max heart rate is 220 - "your age"

    220 - 22 = 198

    50% = 99bpm
    80% = 160bpm

    so the difference is that with the 3000 cals with cardio in the range I described to burn the 500 cals, you will end up leaner
