I purchased a half a dozen or so tubs of BCAA/Glutamine mix from VitamanShoppe. The price seemed reasonable compared to buying separate and mixing my self.

I never buy anything from GNC. Ever.

They are gawddam expensive as hell...............

    not a fan of GNC.
I would opt for an iso whey or rice protein powder over just bcaa powder. if you already taking shakes then sure add some bcaa into your supp lineup if you wish. just my opinion..

I like Vitamin Shoppe for all of my supplements. Sign up for their emails and they usually have a 20% sale every few weeks. Lots of time free shipping if you order online. Plus their stuff is good quality.

There's no real need for BCAA's if your getting adequate protein, that's why you eat protein, so your body can break it down into the needed amino acids. Don't waste your money, eat more food.
