what you guys tihnk about this????
just started a cycle and looking for a heavy routine to run....i know ill have to eat HUGE with this, but this look alright or overwhelming for intermidiate?

That's a lot of volume. If your body responds well to high rep ranges then that's fine. .
Check out Marcus' diary in the lounge. He's probably the largest guy here, and he shares his training principles in the diary.
