Any risks/issues working out after bloodwork?

I know when donating blood that you shouldn't workout for 24 hours after because there is a risk of blood pooling into your arm. Is the same true after giving a couple of vials of blood prior to a physical? I have bloodwork this morning and was planning on going to the gym for back a few hours later but don't want to have any issues. It's fasted bloodwork but obviously I will be eating right after.

    Thanks

Quick google search said it's fine, the vein should seal up within minutes of the pin.
