Pulled wisdom tooth
Hello gentlemen. So today I got a wisdom tooth pulled. Wondering about downtime. Should I take a little break from lifting? Currently on a strength training 1rm a week kinda thing. Any of u guys been down this road? Thanks for any inputs

I don't see why you couldn't, it just might be a bit distracting. I was actually thinking about this the other day as I felt one coming through. There's not really any reason not to train.

You got it pulled today and you're able to type?
Shit, I was useless for several days after I had mine removed. But that was at 26 years old and the teeth were so firmly fixed in the jaw (with roots wrapped around a jaw nerve) that I had to go under general anesthesia.
So long as you aren't taking an opiate, you can safely lift if you're up to.

for some reason, I was thinking another bass "how to" thread.
your only constraint is if it starts bleeding again when you strain from a lift
personally, I'd go in to the gym, and just take it easy and see how it goes.
