How much rest ?
How much rest should i take from gym after 6 months of hard training ?

I'm pretty sure you can indefinitely train hard with a optimal routine such as 3 days on, 1 day off.

Why do you feel you need a break from the gym after 6months of lifting?

i read that we should take 7-10 days rest after 3 months of training !

Taking a week off every 3 months is a standard protocol, I take a deload every 6-16 weeks, you should either take them if you feel you need it or if you've run a hard training cycle a few times. I hardly ever take a week off though, I usually just do bodybuilding workouts and pump sessions for a couple days and take as many days off ad I can handle.
