I am tired guys please help me

    Hello friends,
I am new to this forum and this is my story
I am 21 years old and my height is 5'10''
I started losing weight when i was at 97Kg or 213 pounds
I tried everything I knew and worked hard and now I weigh 84Kg or 185.1 pounds in almost 3 months I am not sure
Attached is my pic I have taken today. I still have a flabby stomach which irritates me.
I want to reduce all the fat and want to get down to 10-11% body fat as soon as humanly possible.
I am planning to start Keto Diet to lose that fat.

Please tell me guys after looking at my pic that how much time will I need to dedicate losing fat before I start bulking my muscles up.
and please tell me the plan which will be the best to lose that fat (I am planning keto diet - 200g protein, 120g Fat, 20g carbs)
please give your comments and advices
    thankyou

Keep doing what you're doing, it's obviously working quite well, you've lost a lot of fat really fast. I wouldn't try to lose to any faster because a) you'll lose a lot of the muscle you do have and b) you could some metabolic damage.

Steroids certainly are not the answer you shouldn't think about them until you're lower BF plus you're too young.

If keto works for you then run a keto diet, you're on the right track and doing things right by the sounds of things. Remember, it's a marathon not a race.

Give Austinite's Fat Loss Protocol using Over the Counter Products. a try

Thanks a lot for your reply bro..
there is something more i need to know.
since beginning I am lifting weights 6 days a week followed by 30-45 mins of walking at 6kmph.
thats all I have done in combination with dieting.

Should I start some more cardio or i should let the thinks keep going as they are already

Walking is cardio, and lifting 6x a week is a lot of volume for a beginner lifter. I'd say cut it to 3-4 days a week doing full body workout or 4-5 days of upper/lower splits, then do cardio on your off days. After doing that for a while if you feel like you could add some more cardio, add another cardio session per week.

First off congratulations on your progress. That's a bunch of weight loss in a short time. If that diet has been working for you then why change it? If you just need a change mentally then that's fine too. Go over to the diet and nutrition section of the forum. There's a bunch of good info there. Stick with it man. Changes don't happen overnight. You're doing great.
