Does anyone here workout six days a week? I do. I usually rest on Sunday.
Something like this..
Mon Chest tri and 20 mins cardio
Tues Legs and 4 arms and abs
Weds Shoulders and caves and 20 mins cardio
Thur Backs and Bi's With dead lift
Fri 40 min cardio and abs (I guess you can almost say this is a rest day) would ya?
Sat flat bench either with Db or bar bell which ever one I didn't do on Monday.
Leg press or squat which ever one I didn't do on Tue
Dead lift
THis is a ruff est. I might change it up depends on how I am feeling and the body part that day. I was just wondering. Whats everyones thoughts?
