I bench twice a week, OHP once, squat twice and deadlift on squat days (low volume Deadlifts) I respond really well to this type of training, constantly gaining muscle and making progress. Given my focus is more on strength, hypertrophy at a close second.
I used to squat 3x per week and deadlift once a week. Bench press twice a week and press once and switched it up the following week to press twice bench once. I've recently switched over to a different style of programming geared more towards a PL meet I'll be doing in March.
normally yes bench, squat, deadlift all 2x week.
