    Uneven, asymmetrical body problems..

I have a funky tendon in my rite arm that makes my rite bicep much shorter/thinner than my left... But ontop of that, EVERYTHING on my left side is slightly larger, and my rite side is shockingly more defined.. Anyone ever seen this? Any ideas if i can change it? Damn genetics i guess

That must drive you nuts. Without seeing a pic and being a million miles away from you (or not) it's hard to give too much advice other then experimenting with dumbells in an effort to balance things out. If you are more into bodybuilding and less into power lifting/strength then that would be the direction I would head in. I wouldn't necessarily neglect bar work either but that will hamper isolation.

Its weird that my left side is bigger, but whyTF would my otherside be more defined?! Makes no sense.. But good ideas with the dumbells, ive actually been focusing on them since february. Thanks man

Anything unilateral will help with that. My left tri used to be way bigger than my right, but I do at least 1 unilateral exercise per muscle group (excluding hamstrings as I feel they are ok as of yet).

we're all a little lopsided mate

I was looking at my left tricep (horseshoe) in the mirror the other day and I never noticed it has a much different shape to it than the one on the right.

    ..............just keep marching
