    Wrestling season is upon us

    As the title states wrestling season for me is one week out and I was just curious if you guys had any tips to help me keep my current amount of muscle and strength since I will be practicing every day after school thus burning a lot of calories?

    I was really just looking for a way to keep my muscle mass and the whole eat more and keep lifting thing does make sense thank you for the help i appreciate it
