Over head squats. I just can't do them. Front squats are ok. Back squats are strong. Over head I can't do. It's so frustrating and I really want to nail it down. I feel like it's gonna beat me. Any advice on how I can practice these?

They require a lot of flexibility and stabilisation/balance. So a combination of improving all 3 should help, especially flexibility of the shoulders and hips.
