any wrong in this training cycle and in two day rest i play Exercise pressure and Horizontal bar training or should be training in training day not in rest day
Depends how heavy and hard you train.
Depends how much u eat and sleep to recover.
Depends on your GENETIC!
Every person is different buddy, u got to try stuff to find what works best for u not just read the magazines and net.
