You def need off days but when you train you should train like its the last time you will ever train. Add volume and more intensity to what you are doing. Post up what your routine looks like if you have the time.
Currently workout Mon-Fri
Mon

4 exersises 4 sets, first two sets 20 reps last two sets 15 reps each
Tues
Bi's
4 Exercises 4 sets 12,10,8,6-8 except last exercise being 21's to burn out. go from low weight to higher weight through each set
Wed
Tri's/Abs
sets and reps same as bi's
Thurs
Back

Fri
chest/Abs
sets and reps same as bi's
Concentration on chest is due to man tities, lol. I would alter this though for a cycle as right now I am concentrating on weight loss. Right now just planning my cycle, still a little ways off. Might do a round of TB500 first due to nagging shoulder injury. So far results have been great.

Where is your leg work? Where are your squats and deadlifts? Why on earth have an entire gym day dedicated to triceps and another entire day dedicated to biceps?
What are your stats and experience levels? Something tells me you maybe best suited to put the cycle on hold for a while.
Lower body is at a standstill due to knee problems related to military service.
Bodybulding from 19-23, military (infantry) from 02'-09 still lifted but just for fitness then last couple years life happened. aside from weight gain all my stats and blood work are great with exception of low levels of testosterone. 318 and free 61. As for legs not even suppose to walk much, hell even got the disabled veterans license plate. Pain in the ass because it really limits me but it is what it is. Dr's tell me it's permanent and to get use to it.

Also, not ready just yet for my first cycle. Just making sure I am prepared for it when I am.
That split sucks. Focusing on chest isn't going to get rid of moobs, you need to lower you BF% unless its gyno.
Try something like push/pull/repeat if you really can't work legs, generally i would say you can work legs and need to find a way around the injury, and even training the other leg has been shown to maintain a significant amount of size on the other leg.
So you'd do;
Chest/shoulders/triceps
Back/biceps
Rest/repeat
Wow!........ We need some work here. Here is a better idea:
Day 1) Abs, Chest, triceps
Day 2) Abs, Back, Biceps
Day3) rest or cardio 45 minutes (depending on your goals)
Day4) Abs, Shoulders, Traps, Triceps
Day 5) Abs, legs
Day 6) rest
Day 7) rest or cardio 45 minutes
you train as hard as your CNS and connective tissues can handle.
for this younger bulls, this isn't as much a concern as it is with the older bulls.
when I was younger, I repped each set till my last rep was shakingly painful and my eyes were bulging out of my skull (figuratively speaking). but I had strong connective tissue and a very strong CNS.
Because of this, all you can do is trial and error. either way you need to really push it. if you injure as a result, after TB500, then you need to adjust and not quite so intense on that particular routine.
Trial and error.
And we all injure at some point.
If you do not injure at some point, you are not pushing hard enough. it is the only way we know where the limits are.
Good luck
I crush every muscle group that I am working until I can take it extra sets if I want them I usually do. Use heavy weights move slowly with purpose my last set will be low weight and ripped out till I need total help removing the bar or re racking it. Min between sets. Three min between exercises I can usually handle the stress quite well when I'm on. Chest/Tricept Quads/calves. Back/bicept Shoulders/abs one day off and repeat.
looks like you need to alter how you train off cycle...
