both elbows have sharp pain ? Don't think it is Hyper-Extented elbow and knots elbow?

I can't do Nose breakers or behinde the neck raises . even with 25lbs due to pain and I was using 45lbs .

I know not to relax my arms when bies and forearm are touching ? So I am courious of other things that may cause elbow pain ?

I have always opted for less weight and proper form and I am having to use female weight to prevent the pain and by the time I get to enough reps to do any good I am in awful pain ? ? ?

Any thoughts or anyone have/had this issue ? Does Tren cause Joint pain ?

Sounds like tendinitis to me. Utilize tb500? If you don't think it's that you'd be best going to the doc as we can't diagnose the issue.

You know I had been using TB-500 @ 1mg per week and backed off to .5mg per week and then stopped about a mth ago ? I am 55 and swear by TB-500 it just got a little expensive but still less than anything a Dr. would come up with ? The knots or bone spurs are kind of what concern me I can touch and feel them ? Do elbows get Ortho- scoped like shoulders ?

This is really going to sound dumb but I never played tennis and I have heard of tennis playes getting tendinitis what causes it ?

It's like the hinge on the inside of each elbow has a knot on it and even when not using is tender to touch ?

Thanks for the advise ! But I am anti Dr. if any way around it they are a last resort to me ?

I goggled it and not life threatening but sure can put a crap in a w/o routine and being 55 is a good chance you are right ? Rest, elevete, ice, and limit the movement that causes the pain were the basic direction to heal and not quick fix short of electricly stimulating ? I am going to the VA next week and get free MRI and E-xrays ?

It effects tridept w/o and some chest ? and have to lighten up on Bicepts even !

Anyone have any thoughts if going to EOD would help as opposed to every day ? Or just deal with it ?

Get back on the TB-500, you can find it pretty cheap and still good quality if you know where to go.

Other than that, yep.. rest, ice and rest some more.

There's no real way for us to know what's going on or what the diagnosis is, even if you don't like doctors you could go to one and get a diagnosis but not treatment, then you can take a better course of action by yourself.

Tendonitis is just what they call over use, repetitive movement of the elbow.

I would agree, go back on the TB-500.

Man it is great to hear from you !

You are a walking had it all, so you would know . . . lol JKN !

But that is what I am going to do and for about 2 mths go to a less stress w/o and do cardio and one body part a day ! At 55 trainning hard I should be thankful for the fact that I can train every day and no real down time other than a week here and a week there, and hope my joints hold up !

I may have to have hip surgery and I will cut way back on weight and do more cardio before the operation if required !
If having a hip replacement I will try to get below 200lbs, @ 235lbs now and got a 32in waist ? I will look like I have aids and will find out in about 2 weeks free operation from the VA and CIVILIAN Dr's Trying for 195lbs so the recovery will be easier ! that will mean going on less than a 1000 cals. a day and I will loose so much muscle ! 55 and falling apart . . lol

In your opinion do you think Pharmacy grade HGH would be a help in maintaining my muscle and also recovery ? It can be found for about $300.00 per mth ? I am just concerned with the 3 mths down time in HGH will give me a GUT ? All I know of in this area is Riptropin that is fore sure GTG and it is # 5 OF THE TOP 10 HGH products seen a lot of guys not eating properly get very fat on the stuff at 4 iu's 3 x's a day ? Do you know anything about HGH ? I figured you may with all your injuries ?

I sure hope you and yours have a very Merry Christmas and the older I get to more i relize the reason for the season and it ain;t presents and getting drunk Been there done that

Hey Buzzard try staying away from any isolation movement and stick to only compound movements. You may do well to just drop the weight and do high rep sets in the 15 to 25 range. And has already been said do the ice and heat therapy. That always works well for me. I've never tried the TB500 but a lot of people recommend it. I'm 53 so I know what you're talking about man. Best of luck.

Thanks ! I have used TB-500 extensivly and it really works ! Prevent Knee and shoulder surgery for me and I already had knee surgery schedulded ! Don't think the shoulder will ever be 100% until I take a month or longer off ? So I figured I would do all I can as long as I can and then propably need an operation in the next year so let things all meand and come back better than before !
