Yeah I did this for a bit since cleans hit the back very hard, the thing is I would not be able to clean as much after a heavy dead lift session and this is a lift im focusing on, I also like to to cleans before my chest/delt exercises just to get my t levels up and get my body ready. I am however just adjusting to this program I think this is my 3rd week on it, think Ill need a deload in 4 weeks maby, Tuesday Im also hitting chest delts and tris so about like 7 exercises will be completed Tuesday, today I just worked up to 405 on dead lifts, then did pullovers, then hammer strength low row, after that I just did 3 forearms moments then called it a workout.
