Would you say this is over stimulating legs?

Monday heavy dead lifts like 6 sets, pyramid to 405. Tuesday heavy cleans from the GROUND, 4 sets working up to 225ish. Wednesday, rest, Thursday legs, The volume has not been very high Thursdays session usually just some heavy squats working up to 405, Friday rest, Saturday, clean and press from the ground, Sunday rest, they are never sore but Im pretty much hitting them 4 days a week. No AAS

Should be fine depending on the volume and intensity on the other lifts. If anything it may be over stimulation of the CNS with all those explosive and taxing movements, again this would depend on the volume and intensity.

Yeah man the past few Wednesdays I've been feeling pretty run down and out of it,[deads Monday, cleans Tuesday] and the Tuesdays {day after dead lifts], Dead lifts Monday then heavy cleans the next day can be a lot on the cns, but the rest day definitely Wednesday helps a lot, the intensity is kept high on all my compounds really, Im always striving to beat what I did last week, My clean has gone up at lot this past month, try not to go to failure though, especially on dead lifts

Maybe try doing the cleans on the same day as deadlifts since they're a very similar movement. Might help a little but as i said that's a lot of taxing exercises, that coupled with the rest of your workouts means your programming needs to be carefully engineered to your own body or you will be in the early stages of overreaching in no time.

Yeah I did this for a bit since cleans hit the back very hard, the thing is I would not be able to clean as much after a heavy dead lift session and this is a lift im focusing on, I also like to to cleans before my chest/delt exercises just to get my t levels up and get my body ready. I am however just adjusting to this program I think this is my 3rd week on it, think Ill need a deload in 4 weeks maby, Tuesday Im also hitting chest delts and tris so about like 7 exercises will be completed Tuesday, today I just worked up to 405 on dead lifts, then did pullovers, then hammer strength low row, after that I just did 3 forearms moments then called it a workout. cleans also hit the delts fairly hard so this would limit the amount of weight id be using on tuesday

You could do deadlifts second. Also, raising your test levels through an exercise doesn't actually do anything, the peak in test is after exercise and it's not significant enough to have any impact on muscle gain/performance.

You could still do them on the second day, just a lot lighter. This would also leave more in the tank for your workout following.

You'll have to play around with it yourself and see what you can do without taxing yourself too much. If overstimulation leading to no growth in your legs is what you're worried about, don't. It's not over stimulating the legs but rather your entire body and CNS.

I just feel like a beast after doing heavy power cleans as opposed to a chest movement since it uses my whole body, really sets the stage for a workout, then if i hit deads 2nd that lift would suffer, I have been able to hit deads and cleans the day before/after each other the past few weeks and have been able to add more weight/reps to every workout, its just Wednesday I can tell my body is in desperate need for rest which I give it. Idk I feel like my legs just look thinner, more conditioning for them I guess, my left leg looks very good, right is lagging behind a bit, always had good legs from hockey and years of squatting, working on the quad sweep right now, really want more hang in my hamstring, Thursday I'm going to back off on the heavy squats and start with Hamstrings like i was doing a few weeks back but will do some fairly heavy dumbbell straight leg dead lifts, up to 100 pounds maby, I feel like I need to strengthen this area up,

was thinking about possibly moving the clean/push session to Wednesday then hitting legs Friday then 2nd push day on the Saturday still, only thing here is i do not like training the day after a heavy leg session, i feel as though legs need at least a day of rest after a heavy workout, so i believe this would effect my strength Saturday, will see how I am feeling tomorrow. Today was a bit of a setback for me though, last week I pulled 205 for a clean set of 5 on cleans , So before the workout today I had planned to jump right back to 225 again which i have hit a few weeks back, but for a sloppy single, since 205 felt very easy last week. bad decision on my part, I failed the first rep and was totally crushed, did not expect it to feel that heavy but i didn't let that defeat me, instead i rested up and decided to do 3 or 4 sets of singles with 225 to make up for it. I ended up hitting all the singles. I should of went from 185 then went to 205 to 215, and if 215 felt good then I could have possible went to 225 for one final set. The heavy dead lift session yesterday probably contributed to this, did 2 more heavy sets then I normally do. No heavy squats Thursday my body and back especially need rest, Also off pre workouts to, just caffeine pills past 2 workouts
