    should i change my workout routine after cycle ? ( long post ahead i am still a noob)

    Hi i started my first cycle of 500mg testosterone enth for 12 weeks and 30mg dianabol for 6 week to kick start the cycle i used to weight 83kg at 183cm now i weight 98kg i gained alot of strength and mass on a push/legs/pull routine and was wondering if i should change something after my cycle is done here is my routine : 1st push : flat barbell BP 3sets X 5reps, OHP 3sets X 5reps, incline DP 3sets X 8-12reps, lateral raises 3set X 12reps, lying extension with dumbbells 3sets X 12reps, shrugs 2sets X 12-15reps.
    2nd legs : back squat 3set X 5reps, back squats 3set X 8reps, lying leg curl 4sets X 12reps, standing calf raises 4sets X 15reps.
    3rd pull : deadlift 1 heavy set X 5reps, one arm row 3sets X 12reps, pull ups 4sets X 6-10reps with bodyweight, cable curls 3sets X 12reps, facepulls 3set X 15reps, then i take 1 day off and repeat.

    You are definitely going to want to cut back and train in maintenance mode for a bit. In and out of the gym in under an hour. Change your Rep range and cut back a little on the volume. Try training at 80% in terms of poundages.....bcuz you can't just keep gaining.

    I always train under 1 hour i keep my rest as low as I can and i dont understand how to train at maintenance mode should i keep the same weights and if i finish under 1 hour anyways do i need to cut some of the isolation movements.

    Maintenance ......cut back a set or so per exercise and whatever your heaviest weight used for a set on your compound movements....cut it back 10 to 20%. If you don't cut back you will get injured (and lose your gains) plus your body is trying to recover and needs the break.
