What are your stats?
how long have you been training?
Cutting and losing bf comes from diet and cardio not your training, your training wants to be geared to building as much muscle tissue as possible because adding tissue will aid cutting/losing bf

what routine are you using?

My goels lose bf
And some one tell me if u play legs or any muscle only one round eod this muscle will be come strong and cutting this incorrect informtion or wrong
My work out cycle 5 day in week i play one muscles in week and cardio in two day rest and 2 day with work out
