    servere muscle cramps..

Hi all, i need some help and advice as i get servere muscle cramps, mainly when i bulk but not soo much when i diet down to lose weight. My calories are very high when i bulk, around 6-7 thousand calories/day i have lots of salts and vitamins in there, so i dont understand where the problem is. It gets worse when i add sugar during my workout by adding and consuming around 40-70g of sugar in gadorade mixed with BCAA. Also im using lots of AAS, Insulin and HGH

After i finish my workout ill come home and just after a hour or 2 especially if im not eating in that time, ill cramp badly, in some worse cases the muscles will lock up, only the muscles iv worked out that day cramp. Iv spoke to my doctor hes just reccomended me to up my magnesium to a gram plus/day. I havent tried this but will, im really not sure what else to do, the only other things i can do to prevent cramps is to keep sipping on BCAA but more so for quick fix is having sugars and i dont want to do that. Any help, ideas or reccomendation much appreciated thanks.

Where can i get potassium pills? i've looked everywhere and they are all dosed so low i would need like 30 pills to get my recommended value.

OP have you noticed certain muscles cramp up more often than others?

Understood. You can find 500 mg online at Amazon.

Also look to supplement with magnesium and calcium as well as potassium.

I have also used taurine when using clen.

So what do you guys think, would it be ok to have potassium, magnesium and taurine multiple times during the day?

Ill try this out next time i start my bulk and hopefully this will do it.

If you are needing high doses I think it would be best to split it up during the day. A large single dose of magnesium can upset your stomach whereas the multiple smaller doses will not. Magnesium and bananas for potassium have helped my cramping a bunch.

You may have an electrolyte imbalance/ deficiency. Try pink himalayan sea salt and do some research on the 7 main electrolytes. I think this will help you tremendously. It did me.

Potassium is usually tightly regulated in the body because it is one of the charged ions that causes many nerve fibres to depolarise and fire - and so ultimately affects the heart. Too much potassium is serious and can cause arrthymias and heart attack.

If you do any ongoing potassium supplementation, you should really mention it to your health care provider, because you can have problems if your kidneys are not functioning very well, or if you are taking certain kinds of blood pressure medicines, spironolactone or even regular non-steroidal anti-inflammatories.

Making sure you get some foods rich in potassium like bananas is less likely to harm you, but if I were you, I would try the magnesium first, and if it doesn't work, ring your doc back, say it didn't help, and ask about potassium and recommended doses.

Im very experienced when it comes to AAS, Insulin and HGH, so please dont worry about that, i do take large doses when i bulk, unless it could be causing the problem which i doubt.

I have regular blood test done all year round and come back with results exceptionally well, i speak to the doctor alot about it. Im very careful when using any of this stuff and very health concious in making sure im doing things correctly.

Just suffering from these bad cramps thats all

I get some minor cramping when taking tren a. It doesn't sound like mine has been as bad as what you describe. My aas use is usually limited to test, tren and adrol for powerlifting. Not sure what you're taking but I have had cramps from tren before.
