Elbow injury
What's up guys
Literally just came out the gym and I couldn't train chest at all which is the worst thing ever! I think I've injured my left elbow but I have no idea how! Any routine I try I get this really tight feeling on my elbow and a pain that shoots all the way to my little finger which then goes numb?!
Any idea what it could be and how I can rest it properly?!

is there any strength lose or just pain and numbness?

A little less strength but only because I don't want to further injure it

Sounds like some sort of nerve damage. See a doctor and rest it up.

Ice, rest, and time off from heavy movements or lifting IMO. cheers!
