I have been consistantly working out for 5 years...weigh 235 and have descent proportion. My two down falls are that my rt bi is almost a 1/2inch bigger than my left and my right Lat is slightly bigger than my left. Here is what i do for workouts:

    Bi
    bb curls 4 sets 6-8
    seated curl 4 set 6-8
one arm preacher curl 4 sets 6-8
    concentrations........4 set 8-10

    Back
Pull downs or pullups 4 sets 8-10
    t bar rows 4 sets 6-8
    cable rows 4 sets 6-8
one arm db rows 4 set 8-10
    extension 4 set 10-15

Any suggestions what so ever would be great. Thanks.

Use dumbells, though I've had the same problem for the ten years I've been lifting--some of it's just genetics and there's nothing you can do about it (my brother seems to have the same right/left dominance issues that I do, so I don't beat myself up about it anymore).
