Staying hydrated!
I mentioned this in another thread but I think in the winter months hydrating gets away from us and more hot beverages (coffee for me) kinda take over ... and guess what?, it affects my workouts. Our muscles are like bags of water and if we aren't hydrating our lifts will suffer. You simply can't contract as well if your dehydrated and the weight will seem heavier.....on or off cycle.
