Training off cycle
i have been told by busterbrown to cut my volume when off so i cut 1 set of each movement but when it comes to weights i feel that i can do more should i add more weights or maintain for some time i am really confused cause i lost water retention but not much weight and i am seeing better muscles now no bloat at all.

How a person responds to training styles is up to the individual. Buster's point is that you're not going to recover as well off cycle as you do on cycle. That said, it doesn't mean you don't train hard. It's not important how much you do, it's the intensity of effort that determines results as long as it's coupled with proper nutrition and rest.

If you feel you can do more, do it, but if you do and start feeling burnt out and not maintaining, cut back a bit. You need to experiment to find what works best for you.

It's a little trial and error. If you feel your not being challenged then by all means increase your poundages. My main point is...for example: if you best 1 Rep Max was say 450 pounds and you "just" got it then you mostly should be shooting for 405-425 off cycle. The numbers really mean nothing you just don't want keep trying to put up poundages that you are now struggling and risk injury.

Lower the intensity but keep pushing the weight, try and spend less time in the gym by compacting your sessions. Also take more rest days and make sure your fully recover your CNS

You need to tinker with your programming to find what you respond better to. Volume tends to be a more common cause of over training than intensity and it's also usually more difficult to recover from. If anything I would keep the intensity higher and cut back in volume unless you can handle it. When I come off cycle I maintain both intensity and volume without issue.
