    Fasted cardio on cycle

Does anyone have experience doing consistent fasted cardio on cycle? Did you feel it helped you drop significantly more BF?

    Significantly - I don't think so

But, I still do it @ least 2-3x a week

I am still dropping Bf - But, it's all about where you are at

I hit the fasted cardio hard before & seemed to help, but there's no way to say how much compared to lets say post workout cardio

Fasted cardio is what most bodybuilders do before a show and if you are doing it 5 days EW yes it will make a difference. It will help you get that stubborn fat off

I rather like fasted cardio but can't work it in until weekend. Too early a riser during the week. :/

    Care to elaborate?

Only fasted cardio myth I have not been able to debunk is where someone claimed it only helps people below <10% because there is simply no research on that specific group of people.

There's a place for both. I still find it difficult to even get a great HIIT cardio workout fasted. Nothing wrong with a 45-60 minute session at a slow pace, completely fasted.

I wouldn't read too much into it.....feels good, do it! It's a great way to start the day. Theories and studies are great but find out what works best for you.

do you think fasted cardio is really better than keto cardio? i understand that being depleted in carbs drives you into fat burning fast (whether or not youre fasted).
