    What to eat?

I'm about to start hitting the gym again and I've got some questions. I was told not to worry about anabolics right now as I'm only 20. What do I need to be eating and how much? I eat very little beef, but lots of chicken and venison. Some kind of vegetable a day at least.

I also cannot gain weight. Anything I've tried doesn't work. Even through working out with creatine and protein shakes.

    Throw in some peanut butter.

I made a friend of mine eat 1teaspoon of peanut butter for every meal, he ate 4 meals a day

That 400-450 calories from the peanut butter alone helped him gain weight

After exercise, the most important aspect of post-workout nutrition is the consumption of protein. Amino acids, the building blocks of protein, are responsible for the repair and recovery of muscle tissues.
