Calves
Have been doing plenty of workouts for my calves lately and can not seem to increase their size. Anyone have any advice on what I should do?

All of the above is true. However you see so many people get carried away with adding weight that they wind up doing more of a calf bounce than a calf raise. You may have to reduce the weight but FULL reps with a pause at the top and bottom will really work the calf muscle. Let it really stretch at the bottom and hold the contraction at the top.

Genetics play important role when we talk about calves....dennis "the big bad" wolf is perfect example....

For me they only grow if after the full reps to failure i continue doing half or quarter reps till they fell they are going to explode

As said, genetics play a huge role probably for calves more than any other muscle. Train to failure much like abs is the only way I have ever seen results.
One exercise which helped me a lot (without using for calves) was clean pulls. Good exercise to do anyways

I am doing calves almost every work out using different exercises, vary sets & reps. This helped a lot to progress.
