    Ectomorph workout

    I'm an ectomorph I've been reading a lot online and books that are suggesting that I should do full body workouts 3 to 4 times a week all compound stuff and not high reps. but if I'm on roids should I just stick to the regular routine I do which is 5 days and a different body part each day and higher reps

    Somatotypes are a worthless measure of anything let alone how you should workout. I prefer full body workouts on gear or off

    With the 100 lb plates.
    Your hardest problem could be getting enough food to gain weight. You may feel like you're force feeding yourself but if you get enough good quality food you will gain as long as your stimulating growth with your workout.
