About to start my first cycle, should I just jump into it or is it good to take like a week off completely of pre workout and training?
If you have successfully planed your cycle then its layed out to jump right into it.
Do remember to day rest-days as normal of-course. If you need to change workout-program or anything it can be done one cycle as well as off.
