AM Cardio Routine
What's everyone's morning cardio routine? Lately I jump on a stationary seated bike for about an hour while I read a book (Unbroken at the moment). I wish I could run in the morning but running already sucks and doing it in the morning is a struggle.

is this while your on juice? or just cardio in general? I did a cut last summer (no gear), 6am stationary bike for 45min 3-4 times/wk on empty stomach, felt great and lost 20lb in 4mo.

That is something beyond human. I'd better sleep enough and stay fat

I am a firm believer in fasted am cardio. Partially due to the fact that I feel great and my performance is at its best. I guess there is evidence that supports there is no additional benefit to it which may be so however I feel my results are bettter.

I do morning cardio three or four times a week. After a cup of coffee I am ready for my 30 min cardio routine.
