    which type of cardio

    Which type of cardio to be used with starting strength since there is 3 days squatting should HiiT or low intensity on the rest days of course

    Aint nobody got time for that its toooo long but i took the main points and watched the dvds of him teaching how to do the main lifts, if you know something i don't please point it out

    If you're not going to read it you'll be missing out A LOT. Tons of valuable info there. Basically any type of cardio is going to impact the quality of your lifting on SS. Define your goals and approach accordingly. If a lot of cardio is what you're after I suggest another program. If very little cardio is to be done you should be ok.

    So i leave out cardio and go and read the book even if it as long as it gets ��

    Well if you wanted to do good on an upcoming test would you open the textbook and study or would you read someone else's lecture notes that only cover half the topics being tested?

    Well i searched the book for anything on cardio but came with nothing but on starting strength wiki he says that low intensity cardio is fine as long as it doesn't affect recovery and progression ☺

    Broadly educating includes rotating bits of cardio gear inside distinctive times of time.
