Question Training for Crossfit on steroids

    Hi!
I'm 26y/o, been lifting for about 4 years and started crossfit 2 years ago.
I know that in this forum almost everyone think that everyone that practice crossfit is a week guy with a really poor technic who thinks that is better than everyone else, and in most cases this is true, but in my case i spend more time on strenght/technic than doing crossfit wods, so i have a huge respect for everyone and want to take this seriuosly.
I found a lot of info here about roids and how to use it for building mass or strenght, 6 months ago i did my first cycle, test only 500mg/wk for 12 wks, during that 12 weeks i train strenght only and the results were really good, i kept most of the strenght today.
Now i have a "good" strenght, but my endurance and cardio sucks. I know i should focus on that, but at the same time should i keep training strenght to not loose it, right?
I know some guys who train twice a day every day, strenght in the morning and crossfit wods/cardio at night, i didn't even think about doing this without gear, it would be excessive in my opinion, so i was thinking about doing another test cycle (i don't have acces to another kind of roid) and train that way.
What do you think? would be good? or do yo recomend something else?
Another think i tought was training endurance with a little strenght withour gear and then do another pure strenght cycle.

Not sure what your gym or box as some people like to call it does for your crossfit classes, but most gyms are 1 hour classes and 20 to 25 minutes of it is focusing on a strength exercise (Back Sqaut, Shoulder Press, Front Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press and Over head squat) Then after the strength you do what you call a WOD or Met-Con.

I think maybe you need to find a new gym or do your own programming.

or, you could do strength in the AM and WOD in the PM like you suggested. I personally do not think that is too much work to do without AAS. I know lots of guys who train like that and they are all natural.

Figured I'd suggest something, didn't want to leave you hanging

I do what you are suggesting all the time.

I love straight up weight training, and it's one aspect of crossfit I miss the most.

Pay attention to your WODs. If a Met/Con is posted, I usually go in early and do straight up traditional chest/tri, shoulder/bi etc etc. 30-45 minutes is enough time to get through a weight routine, while still having enough in the tank to get through the WOD.

If a strength WOD is posted (your programmer should be adding this in once a week at least) I go in and run a 20 minute row (concept2 posts them on their website)

I try not to double up more than 3 times a week.

I also add in cardio (running or team sports) once a week, and a day (like Sunday) to hit the gym for more weight work. All in you're looking at 6-8 training sessions a week, more if you have the time.

I'm 39, and my body handles all this fairly easily. I'm sore, but nothing unbearable. Watch your diet as well, that alone is probably the most important aspect of what you're doing here. You can't train like that fueling on Burger King, you need a high level of nutrition.

How did your test cycle affect your performance? I'm going to run one next month, I'm curious how it translates to crossfit.
