With a neoprene support I manage to lift quite heavy...
But a broken foot is trickier cause when you put weight on it the bones will moves.
But If you go fairly light and stay painfree I see no issue whatsoever...
I trained upper body while on crutches, Its better than laying on the couch
shit... i just had a total hip replacement and had to take 4 days off. i say go for it (just don't overdo loading the foot).
I would do upper body only.
