    Can i train with broken foot?

    I can train tight bandage to the foot or fracture? Only upper body exercises. I am using enoxaparin subq every day. Now I'm natty, i'll start my cycle in may.

    As long as it doesn't effect your foot......go for it!

    Ive squated with a freshly badly injured ankle.

    With a neoprene support I manage to lift quite heavy...

    But a broken foot is trickier cause when you put weight on it the bones will moves.

    But If you go fairly light and stay painfree I see no issue whatsoever...

    I trained upper body while on crutches, Its better than laying on the couch

    shit... i just had a total hip replacement and had to take 4 days off. i say go for it (just don't overdo loading the foot).

    I would do upper body only.

    I broke my toe with a weight and kept training. If it hurts, don't.
