    Upper Body Cardio?

I tore my ACL and MCL a week and a half ago. I use to do Cardio in the morning 5 days a week, and now I can't do any lower body cardio. Is there a upper body type cardio that won't affect my evening lift regimen?

Try higher reps 10+ on compound movements to failure with not much rest between sets. That will get your heart rate up. I wouldn't do a separate upper body cardio workout. Just modify your reps and you'll be able to achieve some cardio work.

anyway for you to get in a pool?

you can purchase a pull buoy, it goes in between your legs to hold them up and you use your upper body to propel through the water.

My gym actually has a bike you crank with your hands instead of your legs. Just google image hand operated bike. I've used it a few times, it'll get your sweating

Battle ropes. I started using them a month or so ago when I tweaked my back and hamstring. Great conditioning tool.
