    I don't love it but that's just me. One thing I would say is do not do the same exercise twice a week....ie ...leg presses.

    Personally, I'd prefer to front squat twice a week, but that's preference. Hits quads more. Instead of leg press, could also include hack squat or trap bar dead lift. If you're going to do a 2, 2, 2...

    I'd do trap bar dead lift and stiff-legged dead lift on each leg day, along with front squats. That way you can do a conventional dead lift on a pull day, and the other pull day really focus on other areas that need specific attention since those other leg exercises will hit low back as well. I tend to like to do a pull day that is strictly back exercises that incorporate biceps (curl grip bent rows, dumbbell rows, pull downs) along with typical bicep sets.
