Need some opinions/advice from you guys
Do any of you guys squat with knee wraps?
Almost a year ago my knee started hurting me when squatting so I stopped squatting. Leg presses didn't hurt so I pressed instead of squat.
My press lbs went up nicely over the year. Eventually the weight got pretty high (at least for me) and both knees started to hurt at the top of the rep, not like before just general dull pain I assume from the heavy weight. I bought wraps to see if it helped and it did. Tonight I decided to try squatting again with my knees wrapped and they felt good.
Any negatives to squatting with wraps?
Thanks,
Moto

Wraps can damage your knees over time due to the pressure they place on the knees. Try a good set of knee sleeves that aren't too tight and see if they help. I'd recommend the original rehbands or SBD's.
