Guys who do martial arts classes as cardio do u see any muscle loss ? or how do u avoid it?
i did one session and i said omg its like 30 mins of running and 30mins of mix of movements and slow cardios
so i guess i may lose a bit of muscle sine i dont have any supplement like bcaa or whey or things like that i am 220 protien a day on Real food
so how can i avoid muscle loss?

You can't chase two rabbits........unless you have the genetics to support it, you will lose size if you plan on doing a ton of cardio/martial arts. I am living proof.

You just need to eat enough to make up for it and you can still maintain/gain size.

Twice a week is fine but if you start adding in extra days in you want to compete then you will end up losing some size. Say if you were doing 4 days two of which are sparring and additional roadwork for stamina. Twice a week for fun won't hurt you.
