Just basking in the glory of PR land! I know , I know, we are not supposed to get to excited about PR's , enjoy them for a moment or two and then set new goals. Back when I started lifting around 5 years or so ago , back when a 135lb bench would literally staple me , I wrote down some numbers which I thought that if I could ever achieve, I would consider myself strong. Finally yesterday got that third "dream" weight , and in the process set new PR's on my other two lifts! And I'm only a week out from my next meet, gonna be flying high into that meet this weekend for sure! You all know that feeling of setting goals , working your ass off, and then meeting those goals. It's an absolutely tremendous feeling of accomplishment, nothing like it. Well ,back to reality and setting my sights on some new goals, just wanted to share this with you all because you understand what this is all about.
