Just follow Austinites "Successful First Cycle" sticky thread to the letter and you'll do great. It's at the top of the AAS Q & A Forum.

I believe I've built a good base to start cycling I've been lifting for 5 years of and on the last year or so has been very serious I've put on 20 pounds in the last year.

I will probably be making a thread in more detail soon when I get some more of my body scans in...but if you have access to an InBody 520 - it is an incredibly accurate tool in my arsenal. I'm an employee at Lifetime Fitness in Colorado and all of our gyms here have this machine.. It uses electrical impedance to scan you and provides printout with all the results.
Several of us scan every couple days or at least weekly..and based on how consistent our results are... I absolutely love this tool in my arsenal!
This scanner is like a $6K scanner and lifetime fitness is certainly not the least expensive health club to be a member at.. I am not trying to sell either of those here.. Just a huge fan of the results on the InBody scanner!
--my thread will show my developments on my DECA 300, SUST 300, and TEST 400 bulking cycle I am on right now.

Looking good MM! I'd say about 12-13 as well. You have a good base, keep up the good work!
