    Need help cardio circuit training?

I am 4 weeks out of micro fracture, ACL, and meniscus repair surgery. I have started lifting upper body again. Starting to get soft and need some cardio. Can some help me put together a cardio circuit without legs? I have tried to throw low weight excersices with no rest but I just don't feel like its organized and well put together.

Will your MD allow you to swim?

You need to follow your pt protocol at this time and not worry about cardio work. It'll come back quickly once you've been given the go ahead to start back up. Concentrate on healing up man.

No swimming yet still on crutches. Just getting impatient. Started some lifting.
