Lifting with back pain
Anyone have advice on what to do with killer back pain on leg day? Consistent pain even when not lifting is what I've delt with now for over a month. I can barely squat some days and leg press is out of the question.

Go and see a physio and fix the underlying problem.
3 weeks ago I started squatting again after 6 months of only leg extensions and seated curls. It took about 7-8 weeks after my first physio appt to squat but wished I'd been to see one earlier.NO SOURCES GIVEN

spinal decompression helped me. Gravity boots 15minutes at a time with 5 minutes in between. Home traction tables are nice if you can afford one
