    Lifting with back pain

Anyone have advice on what to do with killer back pain on leg day? Consistent pain even when not lifting is what I've delt with now for over a month. I can barely squat some days and leg press is out of the question.

Go and see a physio and fix the underlying problem.

3 weeks ago I started squatting again after 6 months of only leg extensions and seated curls. It took about 7-8 weeks after my first physio appt to squat but wished I'd been to see one earlier.
    NO SOURCES GIVEN

Thank you sir. I've thought about a chiropractor first? I got a compression fracture a few years back and I think it's coming back to haunt me. Pain is more severe sitting down. Makes sense to me.

spinal decompression helped me. Gravity boots 15minutes at a time with 5 minutes in between. Home traction tables are nice if you can afford one

Is that the same as an inversion table?

Yeah I've stopped heavy lifting in legs and replaced with low weight high reps. It's helped but still in serious pain
