I'm looking to increase my vertical jump. really trying to dunk. Any ideas on workouts I can implement to increase it?
Squats, leg press, hack squats. Going to be 10 times harder though if your as white as I am.
You can also add in weighted step ups.
Heavy squats, speed squats (with bands/chains), pause squats, box jumps with or w/out weight, variations of box squats, lots of vertical jumping, sprints. Pretty much anything that requires you to move as quickly as possible.
And i forgot to add power cleans/hang cleans/deadlifts/speed deadlifts/deadlifts with bands/chains/and any plyometric exercises.
