I am a firm believer in listening to your body. And I can easily tell when I need an extra day off. Maybe after a hard leg day or really hard back day.
But I never quite get it the other way around.
Question is. Do you all take less days off when on aas. I've been on a one day off one day on. Hardcore workouts. Which seems to best for me for building size. But some days. Like today. I feel like I can easily workout with same intensity. (On cycle of prop/tren/dbol) Without doing the 1/1 split. Shoulders, traps and tris were yesterday.
