    Reps for females

Been reading Marcus diary and mrs Marcus tends to train high reps lower weight. High reps as in 20 or 25 and often 4 sets.

Seems the guys do less reps and higher weight.

What's the best approach for female? Goal is to increase metabolism, add lean body mass, drop BF %. I am not looking for size. Not even fitness physique. More bikini if I had to chose one.

I would agree. Not because you are a lady but because of your goal.

Higher rep range 20-25 and with low to medium weight, enough to task you once in the 25 rep area. Low rest periods between sets to keep heart rate elevated and always mix your routine up don't stick with the same movements, swap and change regularly.

Ok. I am going to start increasing weights on some exercises while maintain high reps. Since I am on cycle. I won't be able to increase all exercises since I seem to do many more then the fellas.

    Thx for your responses!
