Am looking for suggestions for sets and reps for a workout prior to BB competition.
Presently 10% bf
Need to lose about 9 kg (19 lbs) and plan on competing at 85 kg (185).
6 weeks out from 1st competition.
Lifting for 30 years but new to BB.
Just changed to giant sets . 4 sets 10-12 reps.
Train one bodypart per day except bi's and tri's. Also seperated hams and quads to different days.
Legs look good but not huge like i would like. Trying to get deep cuts to get attention and make them look bigger.
Doing 4X15 daily on leg extensions and leg curls to get the cut.

Anyone see any improvements that I can make for any possible advantage?
