Tuesday Back and Calfs
Pull Ups 3 sets to Failure
T-bar Row 3 sets 10 - 12 reps
Pull downs wide 50 set (15-12-10-8-5)
Straight leg raises 3 sets 15 reps
Bend leg raises 3 sets 15 reps

Wednesday Chest and Abs
Flat DB Press 3 sets 10 - 12 reps
Flat Fly 3 sets 10 -12 reps
Fly machine 50 set
Cross crunches 3 sets 25 reps
Ab wheel 2 sets 15 reps

Thursday Legs
Extentions 3 sets 30 reps
Seated Curls 3 sets 30 reps
