Routine
Monday- chest and tris
Tuesday- back and bis
Wednesday- shoulders and traps
Thursday- chest, back, tris and biceps
Friday- shoulders and traps
Weekend off
Plus Monday, Wednesday and Friday I will add 4 exercises for my legs.
Monday-Wednesday rep ranges from 10-15 then
Thursday-Friday rep ranges of 20-30
Has anyone tried that type of training or anything like it?

Absolutely horrendous routine imho. Impossible to train the body to grow using that split. Clearly shows your not training hard.

If you are trying to have a nice solid athletic physique, this is not the way to do it. Don't even know where to start to explain what is wrong, it is all wrong.

Been watching some of rich pianas videos, he was training arms 3x a week, shoulders 3x week, chest 2x week, back 2x week and legs 1x every 2-3 days. And he goes on about no such thing as over training. Just wondering how I can fit all that into a weekly routine. I normally don't train 1 body part more than once per week. Just spitballing some ideas at the minute and wondering how he's getting away with doing that?

Do the opposite of Rich Piana.

Your first mistake is watching and listening to that guy. That type of volume is too much for anyone on less than 5 grams of test a week. One part trained properly once a week is plenty.

Thanks guys for your replies.
Just trying to find new ways of always switching my training up and never tried anything of this volume before that's why I've wrote on here first just to see what you'd thought as You's always tell me how it is.
What do you think of the high reps though for pumping the blood into the muscle? As I've always stuck to 8-12 reps. What if I was to chuck a spare day just doing high reps pumping the blood into the muscle and not ripping it?

IMO high reps are only good for endurance athletes and for warming up before a heavier set. Once you get more in tune with how your body recovers and grows high reps can be useful for extreme muscle fascial stretching (EFS) at the end of a workout.
The best rep range, I have come across, for building tissue is 6-8 and using HIT.

So, If you're running 250mg test 2w. Then you add an extra dose on arms day, but make it 500mg. Also to double all your GH and Insulin doses.
Safe to say I laughed at that advice! Same as his 8hour workout which is 16 mini workouts and 16 shakes the guy is just selling anything to make a buck.
