Looking for a routine post ACL tear

Been doing the following routine, very sports specific hence the leg/conditioning days. Will be having surgery for my torn ACL today so will hopefully be out of the hospital and ready to go back into the gym for a more hypertrophy based split in a couple weeks... No legs for I believe a long time since I have to use crutches to move about.

    Mon: Legs (Heavy, 5x5 based)
    Tues: Chest/Tri
    Wed: Conditioning/Core (Sprints, box jumps)
    Thurs: Back/Delts/Bi
    Friday: Legs (High volume)
    Saturday : Conditioning/Core
    Sunday : Rest

That was my old routine. If someone could kindly post me an adequate routine that I can maximize growth in the situation I have. I will be attending physio therapy sessions weekly to recuperate. Also preferably things that doesn't require standing!!

Sorry for being demanding, and thanks for your time everyone

    Regards.

Sucks with anything related to knee injuries. One thing for sure, unilateral training on the good leg needs its own day.

The biggest issue post injury on a knee is the imbalances everywhere else. Quads and hips especially. I've been able to get back to squatting heavy in less than a year but I can still feel points of imbalance even with the knees feeling fine.
