Advice needed to achieving really wide upper profile

    Sup guys,

Looking for advanced tips for building a wider upper profile.

Also, some tips to get them shoulders to pop out would be great, I love the bowling ball look some people have. If you put your arms straght down in a relaxed position, wich part of the arm protrudes to the side the most? For some bodybuilders its seems their shoulders do, while others its their arms that stick out more at the biceps/triceps area. I find when the shoulders pop out more its a much more appealing look, which unfortunately i dont have yet. My shoudlers arent that big but theyre not small either, by the same token my arms arent huge either theyre only 16inches and I havent really focused on them yet.

Tips/advice that worked for you guys would be much appreciated.

Wide grip pull ups will help you out a ton with upper profile.

What kel said and also genetics......you can train your whole life and never achieve bowling ball delts and huge arms, etc......but you can certainly improve on them.

Side lateral raise - controlled. Front and don't forget rear delt work. Weighted wide grip pull ups add width to your back. But like noted above - genetics play a huge role as well as time and consistency.

Alright so i guess im on the right track, I hope they will pop out in due time. Been doing wide-grip pullups and lateral/front dumbell raises as well for a while now. Noticed improvement but not too significant yet. Hopefully i do have them genetics.

For lateral raises, do you guys go heavy weights lower reps or the other way around? I started doing a seperate day just for shoulders so I can focus on them more this bulking cycle, hopefully gains will come soon enough.
